Clean, nice basic hotel. Perfectly clean rooms with balcony, exceptionally nice staff. An electric kettle and television — very useful. Fantastic location short walk to Blackpool, the coral island, Harry Ramsden and the tower circus, and the main beach, delicious food. Again, walking distance to a Victorian era pleasure pier.

There were very comfy beds and an electric kettle and a TV inside the room. The location was excellent on the Saturday night which was excellent entertainment. Moreover, it was not far from the beach, cinema, toddler rides, arcade and amusements, a Toby carvery, and close to grocery shops like tesco.

All good — we loved this nice basic hotel — the food was lovely and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Booked a room with balcony. The location was incredible and lovely, just a short walk away from a Victorian era pleasure pier. This venue was in a shopping area really close to the beach and pier, an alley which felt like workman's entrance and Lytham St Annes.

My stay was really nice in the summer holidays. Had good sleep at the triple room with WITH 1 DOUBLE BED, big TV, for instance. The staff were fairly friendly and amazingly nice and were around whole time. Incredible location, Blackpool International airport was 10 km away. Found in the shopping area, the hotel offered good prices.
